I made a special trip to Quarry Bay to try it out, and the location is not hard to find, being near Sugar Factory Street. The seating inside the shop is quite spacious, and there is a large fish decoration on a feature wall that echoes the shop's signature sea bream soup. 𓄔 Hiroshima Japanese Oyster Sea Bream Soup Udon $92 One of the signature dishes of the shop. There are three Hiroshima oysters, which are plump and thick. The milky white sea bream soup is very fresh, and you can taste that no additional seasoning has been added, all-natural! 𓄔 Abalone Fish Maw Sea Bream Soup Udon $132 Another signature dish of the shop. There are two large abalones, several pieces of fish maw, and a generous amount of fish maw, which is very substantial. The udon here is flat udon, which is chewy and springy.
