I really like the holiday atmosphere at the bar restaurant Kaboom~ The Southeast Asian Fusion cuisine is also amazing! This time I came back with friends to enjoy the food and have a drink to chill. This popular bar restaurant is located on the top floor of a bustling commercial building in Tsim Sha Tsui💗 It has an elegant indoor seating area as well as a rooftop outdoor dining area, both offering a stunning view of Victoria Harbour! The environment is so comfortable~ 🟠 Tom Yum Coconut Scallop Carpaccio $128 An outstanding appetizer~ The presentation is exquisite🫶🏻 Hokkaido scallop slices paired with Tom Yum & coconut milk, the taste is fresh, sweet, and chewy, full of Southeast Asian flavor. 🟠Cereal Butter Prawn $128 The Cereal Butter Prawn is full of Singaporean flavor, and the portion is bigger than expected! The tiger prawns are flavorful, fragrant, and bouncy🦐 Paired with crispy cereal, the texture is rich. 🟠 Lobster Sauce Strozzapreti Pasta with Lobster Tail $268 The long-shaped Strozzapreti Italian pasta is chewy and absorbs the rich and sweet lobster sauce, along with chunks of lobster tail meat, making it full of flavor. 🟠 Crispy Fried Fresh Red Grouper with Tom Kha Kai $238 The red grouper is fried until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, the fish slices are incredibly fragrant, soaked in the aromatic Thai coconut chicken soup😻 The freshness enhances the crispiness without reducing it!
