Kimberly Street in Tsim Sha Tsui has always been known as Little Korea 🇰🇷. The OPPA Coffee Bar Restaurant we visited this time had a wide variety of food on the menu. We ended up ordering their signature kimchi cheese lava fried rice 🧀, Korean fried chicken 🍗, and kimchi pancakes. The signature kimchi cheese lava fried rice (💰HK$188) is definitely a visual and taste surprise. Oppa waiter 🤵♂️ placed the hot cast iron pan on the table and used a torch to melt the cheese on the fried rice. The flames burning in the pot add a touch of drama to the whole dining experience. The cheese melts on the fried rice, creating a rich taste💕. Also, tried their Korean fried chicken and kimchi pancake. There are different flavors of fried chicken, I ordered the butter honey flavor (💰HK$208 half, HK$238 whole). The golden and crispy skin exudes an attractive aroma and is crispy and delicious, and the meat is tender and juicy. The kimchi pancake is cooked to perfection, and every bite is full of the unique Korean flavor.
