Although I have seen the sea in different places, the sea in Hong Kong never disappoints. This time I came to McDull's hometown - Cheung Chau Island. Good weather and beautiful sea views are breathtaking. 🗒️Here is my travel guide: Central MTR Station A - Walk to Central Pier No.5 - Alipay scan code on site - Ferry direct to Cheung Chau Island Cheung Chau Island route: 🚏 There are two directions after getting off the boat: To the right➡️: Cheung Chau Pier - Tung Wan Road - Tai Hing Praya Road/Cheung Chau Sai Praya Road - Sai Wan Tin Hau Temple - Cheung Po Tsai Cave To the left⬅️: Cheung Chau Pier - Pak She Praya Road - Pak Tai Playground - Pak Kok Pavilion - Pak Kok Tsui 🏝️Because there are local residents living on the island, there are some shops for tourists and local residents. I personally think the commercialization is okay. You can try mango glutinous rice dumplings, 16-17 Hong Kong dollars each. There are also some restaurants for tourists on the island, you can decide whether to try it based on the actual situation. 🌊On the way to Pak Kok Pavilion, some beaches appeared along the coast. The sea water is clear and the beach sand is milky white under the sun. The air is salty. There are very few people on the beach. If I have enough time, I would like to lie on the beach for an afternoon, facing the blue sky, listening to the sound of the waves hitting the beach, and the occasional chirping of small 🕊️ birds. At this moment, I don't want to think about anything, it's very chill. ⛰️When you climb up to Pak Kok Tsui, you may feel exhausted, but when you overlook the whole beautiful scenery, you just want to say it's all worth it. The beautiful scenery on the top of the mountain cannot be described in words, and there are not many people. I suddenly envy Hong Kong people. This city has convenient transportation, modern buildings, a combination of Chinese and Western food, and the sea and mountains where you can relax at any time. In summary, Cheung Chau Island is worth visiting and seeing. If I have the chance, I will come again next time!
