Showa-style cafe in Sheung Wan, the tamagoyaki is so good

I finally made an appointment with a friend to try this check-in cafe on my personal favorites list during the dinner hour. There were not many customers during the dinner hour, and you can sit on the tatami seats without making a reservation. You can chat with friends and enjoy a moment of tranquility. 📍Location: Sheung Wan Station Exit A2, about 1 minute walk 🏠Environment: The building is one floor high and you need to go up one flight of stairs. It has a retro facade. Push open the colorful glass-inlaid wooden door. On the left is a white wall with a coffee bar, which has a simple industrial style. On the right is a warm yellow wall and brown fan-shaped step bricks, matched with simple low tables and chairs, flower-shaped glass chandeliers and tatami seats in the back, with lace curtains in a little girly style, creating a full Japanese retro atmosphere. 🤵🏻Service: Manual orders will be charged an extra one. 🍽️Dinner: No set menus are available. Main dishes include 🥩beef fillet rice bowl🍚 and udon🍜, 🍢skewers, 🍮Japanese desserts and 🍹special drinks. 🍳 Tamagoyaki $88 🥰My friends and I love tamagoyaki and have eaten quite a few, but the one produced here amazed us🤩. The thick tamagoyaki has been cut into six pieces, with cheese sauce🧀, cod roe sauce, seaweed and a lot of salmon roe on top. 🤤It has a very rich and rich taste and tastes first-class😋. It is a must-try recommendation👍🏻. 🐮Beef fillet sukiyaki rice bowl $148 😍The presentation is very delicate, the beef fillet is about three-tenths done, the edges are fried fragrant, the color is pink, and in the center is a Lan Wang egg yolk☺️, with a small cup of Sukiyaki sauce. First pour the sukiyaki sauce, then mix in the bright egg yolk. The beef is soft and tender🤤, and paired with the salty and sweet sukiyaki sauce, it highlights the rich flavor of the meat😚.
