Hiking in Hong Kong: Ten minutes to the top of the mountain to see the silver grass

November is the season when the silver grass blooms, and with the cooler weather, it's perfect for hiking and photo-taking! Tung Yeung Shan, located in Sai Kung, stands 533 meters above sea level. From its summit, you can enjoy sweeping views of Sai Kung and Kowloon's Fei Ngo Shan, Tate's Cairn, and Tsz Wan Shan. There are three routes: ☺️Easiest: There's a taxi stand at Exit A1 of Choi Hung MTR Station. Take a taxi to either Kei Wai Camp or Fei Ngo Shan Observation Deck. It's a roughly 15-minute walk to the foot of Tung Yeung Shan, followed by a 10-minute uphill climb to the summit. ⛰️ It's incredibly easy! Descending along Zhashan Road will take you to Choi Wan Village. 😆Intermediate: Take minibus number 1 from Telford Garden or minibus number 1A from Rhythm Garden. Get off at the Fei Ngo Shan Road intersection to reach your starting point.
