Vivid Fantasy Afternoon Tea@Paper Moon

Although the weather has started to get cooler recently, there are more sunny days. Having an afternoon tea with a sea view under the warm sunshine is also a great way to relax. On this beautiful afternoon, I came to Paper Moon with my beautiful friend, and enjoyed an afternoon tea that was as rich as dinner while embracing the unparalleled sea view. The recently launched Vivid Fantasy Afternoon Tea includes soup, savory snacks, main dishes, staple foods and desserts. You can also pair it with a mocktail or cocktail as a drink. This rich lineup is like having dinner. In addition to coffee, tea and juice, you can also enjoy cocktails and non-alcoholic cocktails. For those who love drinks, you can add an additional $588/two people to enjoy Nicolas Feuillatte Reserve Champagne Chill for a full 90 minutes. My friend chose a large cup of Virgin Sangria. This Spanish specialty drink is full of fruity aroma and is fragrant and not too sweet. It tastes very good. I chose the Iced Peach Tea with a strong peach aroma. The iced tea with the sweet peach flavor is so thirst-quenching and I love it. Start by tasting the lobster cream foam soup from the afternoon tea set. The rich and fresh lobster soup has a smooth texture and is paired with crispy toast, leaving a lingering fragrance in your mouth. Then come to taste the rich surprise savory snacks! After having so many afternoon teas, it is rare to find such a rich set menu. If you choose to come later, you can basically enjoy it as an Early Dinner and continue to enjoy five colorful and delicious salty snacks! The spicy sausage fried rice balls are crispy on the outside, and the tomatoes, cheese and spicy sausage inside are very flavorful and very appealing to the taste buds. The Italian cucumber rolls with cheese and basil sauce taste so refreshing, I think it’s the best thing to try first. The salmon tartar waffle tart has a beautiful pink appearance, and the salmon tastes soft, tender, smooth and delicious. As a person who loves strong flavors, I particularly like this dish of Parma ham with bamboo shoots. The salty and fragrant air-dried ham is wrapped with sour and delicious bamboo shoots, and it tastes perfect when paired with crispy toast. The pan-fried tuna with Sicilian tomato red sauce is also very attractive. The soft and thick-cut tuna is cooked to half-cooked and served with sour and fragrant tomato sauce. The sour and fragrant taste is particularly tempting when picked up. Then, we came to taste the two main dishes of afternoon tea! One of them is the restaurant's signature freshly baked Italian vanilla cherry tomato pizza. The crust is of the right thickness and crispy with a chewy texture. The tomato and cheese portions are evenly controlled with just the right amount of saltiness and sourness. The aroma of basil is really *Italian* and so tempting. Another dish, Teppanyaki Wagyu Sirloin with Potato Wedges, is also very eye-catching. The potato wedges are fried until golden and crispy, and coated with super flour, which is delicious! The steak is fried to a charming pink color. If you are a beef lover, you will definitely like it. After eating so much salty food, it’s time to enjoy dessert! The five desserts include the cute mini but rich chocolate mousse squares, the crispy and sweet apple crumb tarts, the raspberry puff bars if you like fresh flavors, and the crispy and charming reverse-baked mixed fruit tarts. Each dessert has its own characteristics and tastes very pleasing. But I particularly like this cup of strawberry panna cotta! The sour and delicate strawberry sauce is topped with the smooth and sweet jelly. When the two come together, they give off a sweet taste like love, making it very suitable for couples to taste So Sweet together.
