Shanghai Desserts

Shanghainese cuisine is one of the main local dishes in China, popular with Hong Kong diners. Tonight, we will have dinner at Shanghai Grandma 336, International Plaza, Tsim Sha Tsui. The pan-fried buns and pot stickers are my favorite Shanghai snacks. The pan-fried buns have a thin skin and a lot of fillings. The beef is tender and smooth, with moderate spiciness. It tastes oily but not greasy. The soft and smooth potato noodles add to the wrapping sensation. The pork belly of the cabbage return pot is quite dry, not greasy, the taste is crisp, the cabbage is also sweet, and the pan is also good. Dessert Green Tea Taro Mud Cake is quite characteristic, the cake is crispy, the filling is soft and smooth taro mud, with more green tea flavor, the sweetness is just right, there will be no greasy feeling.
