Pancake Specialist (Causeway Bay) Shop B, G/F, Hai Wah Building, 57 Patek Sin Street, Causeway Bay I remember this dessert shop, when it first opened there was a long queue, this day we came at about 6:30 hours or so, fortunately not many people, and can order a dessert for two, a drink each, slowly sit and talk. This shop is decorated in Japanese style, and full of recently popular cat decorations, especially the cat tree, very cute 🥰 The environment here is comfortable and quiet, the restaurant focuses on non-flood Japanese classes and light meals, using all Japanese air-freighted ingredients, and there are many dessert choices, all beautiful and suitable for photography. - Montblanc 🌰 This dessert is honestly not attractive at all, but because I recently ate something similar in Nagoya, I felt quite surprised, did not expect chestnut puree to be presented like this to wake it up to my impression of very different, such a thread of chestnut puree very soft, not very sweet, very fragrant chestnut flavor.
