In addition to the new Seasonal items, it also launched Hong Kong-exclusive butter souffle! The warm and soft souffle brings happiness with every bite in the cool autumn. 𓆹 Caramelized Butter Soufflé $118 Hong Kong store only! The fluffy soufflé is full of egg and vanilla aroma when you take a bite. Paired with mandarin duck cream and lemon jam, the different combinations make the taste richer. Homemade lemon jam is sweet and sour and refreshing. But I especially love the mandarin duck cream. The lower layer is made of Earl Grey tea cream with a light tea aroma, while the upper layer is made of condensed milk coffee sauce with a sweet and mellow aroma. I can eat this alone! ! 𓆹 Smoked salmon, lemon, carbonara and hot spring egg pasta $148 The carbonara pasta is refreshing and chewy, and the cream sauce is thick but not greasy after adding lemon juice. Served with hot spring egg and savory smoked salmon, it is delicious. 𓆹 Mushroom and Bacon Salad Bowl $128 The fresh salad with big slices of mushrooms is a very generous portion. Add bacon slices and crispy bread cubes for a healthy and delicious meal. 𓆹 Caffeine-free fresh fruit aloe vera Rooibos tea with fresh lemon juice $78 A must-try on the New menu. Rooibos tea is made with aloe vera, dragon fruit, lime and mint, and is sweet and caffeine-free. A cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice is also provided, so you can adjust the sweetness and sourness yourself, refreshing! 𓆹 Iced Sweet Fruit Tea $78 The tea base is made of Earl Grey tea with a refreshing bergamot aroma, mixed with different juices and fresh fruits, a sweet and refreshing single product. This is my second visit to the Causeway Bay branch. Some seats in the store offer a view of the Typhoon Shelter seascape. The environment and decoration make people feel very comfortable, with the unique leisurely feeling of a Japanese teahouse.
