Hidden gem of Korean cuisine

A friend from Korea recently recommended us to this Korean restaurant on the 6th floor of a shopping mall, saying that it is run by Koreans and the food is authentic. After trying it, we found it good, and it would be hard to find if it wasn’t introduced, so we wanted to share it with you. ✏️Location (9/10): On the upper floor of the shopping mall next to the Causeway Bay MTR exit, the location is actually very convenient. ✏️Environment (9/10): The decoration is full of traditional Korean style, the area is large and the environment is comfortable. ✏️Service (9/10): The waiter took the initiative to help take orders, add tea and collect dishes. The Korean boss lady would communicate with the guests and even help them grill meat. ✏️Food (9/10): The food portions were quite large and the taste was indeed authentic. There were 8 types of appetizers and red date tea was given as a gift after the meal. 🌟Korean appetizer There are 8 small plates in total, which are very rich, including pickled tofu, spicy cabbage, kimchi, shredded radish, beef shank and braised egg, spicy fish cake, green pork melon and fried whitebait. The proprietress said that they are all cooked by her herself, and the taste is spicy and delicious. You can also refill for free. 🌟Korean style fried vermicelli - $150 The vermicelli has a smooth texture and is fried with beef, eggs, shredded carrots, green onions and sesame seeds. It has a traditional Korean flavor and we finished it quickly. 🌟Spicy Stir-fried Octopus - $280 Use Korean hot sauce with red peppers, onions, chives, etc., as well as a large amount of octopus cubes to stir-fry. It is spicy and delicious, and every bite is hot. The plate is served with two servings of Korean thin noodles, which can be eaten with the sauce. It makes good use of the delicious sauce while also being filling. 🌟Sweet and Spicy Fried Chicken - $230 It comes with a salad with Thousand Island dressing and a plate of pickled radish. The fried chicken is quite big, the sweet and spicy sauce is well seasoned and evenly flavored. The fried chicken is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the addition of chopped peanuts adds to the taste and aroma.
