A Two Michelin Starred Restaurant in HK 🇭🇰⭐️⭐️

#timetotravel Ta Vie 旅 is on second floor of The Pottinger. We visited there for my boyfriend’s birthday and this is our second time visiting. And the experience was truly out of the world. The ambience of the restaurant is very cozy yet private, the service is exceptional and the food is amazing. It was not the individual dishes but the entire exceptional journey (which echoes its name “旅”) that paired perfectly with the wine. Every dish curated by Chef Sato was definitely exquisite, both in terms of taste and plating.
