🇭🇰 Looking for Swiss mountain lungs in the city 🇨🇭🫁

📍Le Farinet Swiss Restaurant Tianhou Switzerland has always been on my travel to-go list✈️ However...Je n'ai pas d'argent (for now)💸 So I decided to find a mountainous lung in Hong Kong first🫁 I quite like the location of its upstairs shop, it can have a feeling of being away from the hustle and bustle and detachment🤭 (I know that's a bit exaggerated, but actually the day I went there was a little stress after work, really on the way to the restaurant upstairs like a psychological suggestion, slowly cut back to work hours out) So Switzerland, what’s good to eat? 1⃣️ Hot baked Swiss cheese (Raclette) 🧀️ I see big cows in front of others, so there's no reason not to eat dairy products🐮 I believe that other people’s cows grew up in such a beautiful environment, the cheese would taste better (it seems). This dish is quite interesting, with melted cheese drizzled over chunks of small potatoes - not fancy but quite satisfying😄 Not the usual mozarrella and cheddar, but the cheese wheel🛞 specially designed for this dish After researching on the Internet, I found out that this dish is one of the state banquets in Switzerland, and has a history of more than 400 years🙌🏻 Raclette means the action of scraping - before eating, the cheese is cut into a half circle, heated to bake the cheese, and after it melts, scrape it down with a knife🔪 Then pour it hot onto the plate🍴 After researching, I saw so precious, and immediately felt that it was delicious again😆 2⃣️ BBQ pork ribs🐷 Although this dish is not a Swiss-specific meal, but it is handled very well🌈 Usually the more common the dish, the more it highlights the chef's ability 🧑🏻‍🍳 First of all I'm happy that the bones are bigger than my face🦴 The two of us can share more than enough👭🏻 (Greedy puppy online 🐶) Everything goes down, bones and flesh are separated in zero seconds ❤️ The meat is tender and tender (but not rotten).
