Hong Kong cuisine 🍀 Korean fusion pizza in Tsim Sha Tsui

Pizza Maru is the largest pizza chain in Korea, focusing on Korean-style fusion pizza and pasta, as well as other delicious snacks such as fried chicken and fried year cake. I ordered quite a few fusion dishes. The cheese lace on the pizza is super good🫶 The Gangnam cowboy cheese at my place is plentiful. The stuffed beef tenderloin is full of Korean flavor, and the savory pie base and Korean sweet steak sauce all match well with their homemade dough. We specially added golden cheese sides (sweet potato and cheese) to make the pizza taste sweeter and more milky. The texture of the pie base is a bit like glutinous rice dumplings, with a crispy and slightly crunchy texture. The honey butter fries were also delicious, sprinkled with a generous amount of powdered honey. The slightly sweet taste goes well with the chicken, which is tender and juicy. Other food was delicious, especially the Korean style crabmeat tower with black rice toasted pizza. Serve with kimchi mayonnaise to blend all the ingredients perfectly. The combination of a variety of foods is fresh and surprising! But I didn't expect the effect to be very good. Overall, this meal was very satisfying🫶, and the staff were very friendly and attentive!
