It was named after the 14th Governor of Hong Kong, Lugard. This walking trail around Taiping Mountain can be entered from the west side of the Peak Tower. It is about 3 kilometers long and takes about an hour to complete the entire journey. The entire road is flat concrete, without any steps or ups and downs, so it is no problem for the elderly or children to travel together. ✅It only takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Lugard Road Observation Deck. There is no shade from the trees, and you can enjoy a nearly 180-degree view of Victoria Harbour.
