Dining in Tsuen Wan | Deer Kitchen | High quality western restaurant in Citywalk

#Wofu和虾子饼 After a walk at the #Tsuen Wan seaside on a Saturday evening, I went to Deer Kitchen in Citywalk for dinner. Friends who like to check in may wish to book the "bird cage seat" in advance. Have two special drinks to cool off and quench your thirst before ordering. Waffles ordered a cold brewed fruit tea ($68), which was a very large cup with a variety of fruits such as watermelon, apple and blueberry, and had a strong fruity flavor. The tomato soup was made with a lot of tomatoes and tasted natural without being too sour. The first main course is the roasted New Zealand lamb rack with a rich roasting sauce. The lamb rack has three large pieces and is cooked to medium doneness. The second main course was roasted Spanish Iberico pork saddle with a rich and fragrant sauce. The Iberico pork saddle was not dry at all and was of a very good standard. The side dishes include beans, tomatoes and purple sweet potato puree, the colors are attractive and increase appetite. Add 58 yuan to dinner and enjoy a dessert of French lemon tart with ice cream. The ice cream can neutralize the sourness of the lemon tart, and the butter flavor of the tart crust is very fragrant and not greasy at all.
