Hong Kong Flower Moon is probably one of the high-end hot pot restaurants in Tsuen Wan with Fine-dining level in terms of ingredients, service and environment. The decor of the restaurant is inspired by the flourishing textile industry in Hong Kong in the 1950s, displaying antique winner manual sewing machines and wire shafts, creating a charming and nostalgic atmosphere. The staff was attentive and served us jasmine pear tea as soon as we sat down, then I ordered several signature dishes, including Japanese milk rose pot, Hong Kong combination and seven-color ball. Each dish is presented in an elegant and sophisticated manner, perfect for the atmosphere of the scene! Papaya milk soup is suitable for girls, very nourishing. The different parts of beef are arranged like Christmas wreaths, beautiful 🫶 Every piece of beef is very high quality!
