Korean food stalls 🇰🇷 Check in, first-class and delicious🤤

This is another restaurant that I have bookmarked for a long time. I came to the Sinsadong food stall for dinner tonight. The restaurant is full of retro Korean design, colorful, and playing trendy K-Pop. It feels great! We ordered: Honey garlic pork knuckle with lettuce $238 It’s a new dish! The pig skin is soft and glutinous, and every bite feels like collagen. Paired with kimchi and lettuce, it is flavorful but not greasy. The mashed garlic is made with cabbage and honey. It tastes sweet but not spicy, and is full of garlic flavor. Half portion of fried chicken $88 +$88 There are three flavors of fried chicken to choose from, and we chose sweet and spicy and grapefruit flavor. The sweet and spicy sauce is a typical Korean flavor, sweet and spicy, with sesame seeds, it is very delicious. The grapefruit flavor is relatively fresh and sweet. Although both dishes were ordered with bibimbap, the portions of both dishes were quite large. The fried chicken had a crispy skin, and the meat was tender even after the sauce was added. Brown sugar syrup and soybean powder mochi shaved ice 🍧 $68 The must-order shaved ice in the hot summer, there are also three flavors. I ordered the most classic brown sugar candied soybean powder flavor~ The shaved ice is so big that two people can't finish it even if they share it 💕🤤The amount of black sugar syrup is just right, and it is full of black sugar syrup when you eat it to the end~ The texture of mochi is hard, and the taste is more like rice cake, rather than the traditional smoky and chewy taste (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎) The shaved ice has a heavier granular texture~ Strawberry milk with honeycomb drink ($88 for 2 persons) A drink that is very girly! I didn’t think of ordering it, but when I saw the three stations next to me all ordered it (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎), I had to try it. The milk is strawberry milk, which feels like the most classic box milk in Korea~ and added with whole honey and strawberry 🍓, the taste is even sweeter! In summary, this meal was another very satisfying one (*ˉ︶ˉ*) I originally wanted to order the soy sauce crab, but now the restaurant is offering a soy sauce crab platter special for $188 in July, available all day from Monday to Thursday! ! Saturday and Sunday, only before 7pm~ Unfortunately I was too full, I will try it next time☺️ The restaurant is very busy, so remember to make a reservation.
