Shabu Shabu for one person in Sai Wan Ho. You can have whatever you like

I went to Taianlou to look for food during my holiday a while ago. I took a walk along the beach in the evening and found a new restaurant. I went to try the Japanese shabu-shabu restaurant "Umekichi Shabu-shabu" with my friends. The restaurant specializes in affordable Japanese hotpot. We chose the $298@1 set meal, which includes all-you-can-eat Japanese Hokkaido Tokachi Wagyu beef and Chitose Prefecture rice pork. It’s a good value for money! There are five soup bases in total, including cheese soup and fresh tomato hotpot, hot and sour hotpot, spicy hotpot, Japanese kelp and seaweed beauty hotpot, and Umegi hotpot. We ordered Umegi pot and hot and sour pot. The Umegi pot even had cute cow-shaped soup base ice~ It was so cute (*ˉ︶ˉ*) But unfortunately, I walked around to see if there was any all-you-can-eat food before returning to my seat. The cow had melted for a while, but it tasted a bit like Thai Tom Yum Goong~ The hot and sour soup had a stronger pickled cabbage taste and felt sweeter! So we DIY it ourselves, adding coriander, chili, and satay sauce (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎) to create our own flavor! The dinner hotpot buffet also includes a buffet area with more than 40 ingredients, including a variety of seafood such as shrimps, mussels, snails, razor clams, clams, bighead carp, etc., with rich choices! We specially picked seafood to go with the Umegi hotpot ~ It goes very well with seafood! There are also a variety of vegetables, mushrooms, cheese sausages, etc. ~ There are also three different types of noodles. The boiled noodles with Japanese sesame sauce are divine (*ˉ︶ˉ*) The quality of the meat was quite good. You could tell it was expensive beef (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎). The cuts were relatively thin, and the taste was delicious (≧∇≦). The two of us ate a total of seven plates of beef (*ˉ︶ˉ*) Overall, this is the cleanest all-you-can-eat restaurant I've ever been to. The staff are friendly and polite. They often bring a soup pot to refill soup for customers, and they will hand us disinfectant wet wipes when we finish eating seafood. They are very considerate. 📍Umeji Shabu Shabu Shop 02B-07GB, G/F, Block B, Lei King Wan, 45 Tai Hong Street, Sai Wan Ho @magishabushabu.hk @besutoprhk #Umeji #Japanese shabu shabu #All-you-can-eat hotpot #All-you-can-eat #Japanese food #Hotpot #Hokkaido #Cowboy ice #Black-haired wagyu #Japanese pork
