Eat in Tseung Kwan O | Urban Coffee Roaster | Summer Recommendation: Soft Shell Crab Rice

#Tseung Kwan O Waterfront Many restaurants have opened in recent years. Wof recently took my mother to Urban Coffee Roaster for dinner. I've had coffee and gelato at Urban Coffee Roaster before and was very impressed. #松叶蟹肉软壳蟹饭 ($148) has a whole soft-shell crab fried until crispy, and the rice is chewy and distinct. The crab meat, cucumber shreds, crab roe, hot spring egg and salad dressing are mixed together and eaten. It is very delicious and a refreshing choice for the hot summer. #Japanese-style eel rice ($158) has large eels, flavorful sauce, and scrambled eggs full of egg and butter aroma. We were almost done with the meal when #FreshGreensWithGarlicWhiteWineButterSauce($118) arrived. The timing of serving the dishes was very well controlled. The greens were generous in portion, full and tasty, the garlic-flavored white wine and butter sauce had layers of flavor, and I personally liked the vanilla flavor of the waffles. After the meal, each of us had a cup of coffee. Mom had Oat Milk Decaf Latte ($45) and Waffle had Flat White ($45). The coffee flavor was stronger than that in other #coffeeshops.
