📍 Tai Ran (Tsing Yi) Shop 114B, G/F, Chang Fat Plaza, 6 Dan Leung Shan Road, Tsing Yi Tai Ran dinner is quite crowded, my favorite is its Thai iron plate oyster scrambled eggs, egg burnt edge oyster smooth and sprout base, iron plate can also keep the heat, matching the chili sauce is really great. Shrimp sauce minced meat fried rice is a big plate of good value.
