A friend introduced me to a semi-buffet inside the "Hong Kong Silverview Meijing Court Selected Hotel" above East Point City in Tung Chung, so I booked a table on its official website to enjoy it. The enclave is located on the ninth floor and is directly accessible from the lift next to Rakuten Dynasty in East Point. We were seated at 12 o'clock that day.
