Hong Kong Food 🍀Tsim Sha Tsui Grilled Food + Sushi Chef's Office

I've found quite a few special chef-served combinations lately, including Takiyun's "Summer Limited Dinner Sushi-Yaki with 2-Person". The set combines sashimi, sushi, skewers and grilled items. This time, Master Hang will host our dinner🫶 The first thing that was served was the sashimi, which were very fresh and of good quality. My favorite, of course, is the greasy toga. Follow on to the barbecue section, which includes seasonal grilled seafood and skewers. All the vegetables and chicken skewers were grilled just right and seasoned just right. The chicken wing skewers have a crispy texture and a slight charcoal flavor, and the meat is very juicy and tender. One of the highlights is the seasonal grilled Japanese eel, the crust is grilled as thin and crispy as chips, the meat is thick and full of fish oil flavor. I especially liked that it was only slightly seasoned without masking the freshness of the fish. The sushi was also good, my favorites were the raw squid and shrimp. Raw squid cut into small pieces, has a slight chewiness, the bottom layer padded with basil leaves, fresh and unique taste more prominent freshness. The shrimp is fresh and sweet, and the different freshness of crab paste makes the taste more layered. The restaurant is reasonably priced and the food is amazing. Recommended for those who want to try different chefs.
