The most cost-effective hotel in To Kwa Wan

The area also boasts a number of three- and four-star hotels, generally more affordable than those in Yau Tsim Mong. I recommend the Harbour Plaza 8 Degrees for its spacious rooms and comprehensive amenities, including a Western restaurant, buffet, gym, and swimming pool. For a four-star hotel, it's quite good.
