Staycation Brunch with a stunning view of Victoria Harbour at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong

The cover is at the Bar&Lounge on the 103rd floor of the Ritz-Carlton in Hong Kong. The double booth by the window faces Victoria Harbour. The sunny weather makes the sea water azure blue, and ripples appear on the water as the ships pass by. You can sit there for half a day while having brunch and daydreaming. Breakfast for hotel guests ends at 11 o'clock. If you get up late, you can catch the 11:30 brunch menu. There are not many standard egg and sandwich dishes to choose from, as well as oyster caviar seafood tower. Drinks & meals + 1 service charge cost about 450hkd per person. I ordered a lobster Benedict and didn't expect to get half of it. Considering the view, it's a good value for money. The scenery of the Ritz-Carlton is indeed worthy of its name. The reception is in the ICC environment. It is on the 103rd floor of Trade Plaza, and the guest rooms are above 109. Both the restaurant and the rooms have an unobstructed view of Victoria Harbour. However, compared with the recently popular Rosewood/Regent, the room decoration and facilities are indeed a bit old-fashioned. It is purely a place to pay for the view. The hotel is directly connected to the Elements shopping mall in West Kowloon. Passing through the mall, you can seamlessly connect to Kowloon Station where you can take the Airport Express. It is very convenient to get to the airport in less than 20 minutes. The hotel service is quite considerate and will take into account the guests' itinerary to extend the check-out time accordingly.
