The ARK HK The outside looks impressive, with huge LED screens showing animations of the spacecraft landing, with the rear engines of the spacecraft in front. They play music constantly. There weren't many people when we returned a few days later due to the weekend crowds. The restaurant is two floors. The bottom floor is where you'll find a huge figure of Optimus Prime. His head moves so it's very cool indeed. I had the Crabmeat Avocado ($95). Opening the lid, I was impressed that the burger actually had the Autobot logo indented in it very clearly. I was expecting it to only appear like that in product shots. The bun was red in color from beetroot juice so it was naturally colored and very soft. Along with the crab meat patty, there was lettuce, cheese and an avocado spread instead of slices. The patty was all crab meat! There was hardly any filler. The coating was crisp like a croquette. Boyfriend ordered the Black Truffle Angus ($105). The bun here was more crisp as it was toasted very well. Along with the beef patty, there was lettuce, tomato, grilled mushrooms, cheese, bacon, cheese spread and a truffle mayo. The patty was juicy and the truffle mayo wasn't too over powering.
