The oysters were served with a little fruit sorbet on top, which added a refreshing and fruity taste to the already rich and delicious oysters. 🔶Fig Salad, Soft Cheese, and Dry Cured Ham $136 The dish is beautifully presented with a springtime feel 💗. Fresh figs and strawberries are used, and edible flowers are used as decoration, making it visually appealing. The salad is accompanied by large pieces of soft cheese and savory dry-cured ham, creating a refreshing and delicious Italian-style dish. 🔶Abalone and Crab Sauce Risotto $188 The risotto is full of artistic flair 🫶🏻, with two delicious and chewy abalones on top. The creamy risotto is infused with the rich flavor of crab sauce and has the perfect texture. 🔶Desserts ◻️Salted Egg Yolk Ice Cream Tofu Ice Cream, Black Sugar Pastry $88 ◻️Sea Urchin Ice Cream with Sake Ice $88 The desserts here are highly recommended! We ordered two dishes, which were presented together on a long white plate, making for an attractive presentation! Both desserts are very creative, with the Salted Egg Yolk Ice Cream having a rich egg yolk flavor and paired with a slightly sweet and crispy black sugar pastry 💗.
