This time I went to a newly opened coffee shop in Citywalk, which specializes in boutique roasted coffee and Dutch Baby Pancake, so I was attracted to give it a try 😎. The store environment is simply decorated, with high lighting and a comfortable feel. Both cups of coffee have rich flavors. The Flat White has a stronger coffee flavor and a smoother and more delicate texture. Cappuccino has more milk foam and a mellower taste🤤. - ▪︎Smoked salmon cream macaroni with Dutch waffle HKD$108 It is a food made from baked dough and is mainly salty in taste. The smoked salmon tastes slightly salty, the macaroni has a smoky texture, and the sauce is rich and smooth. The overall taste is rich, and the texture is like eating soufflé and puff, which feels quite special☺️. - ▪︎Korean fried chicken with homemade kimchi HKD$58 The fried chicken and kimchi taste very good together. They look red but the taste is not too spicy. The fried chicken has crispy skin and tender meat, and it tastes better when eaten hot🤩. Kimchi tastes sour and spicy, and has a crisp and delicious texture. - ▪︎Mille-feuille pudding sandwich HKD$68 This is a newly launched dessert🤩, with a caramel jelly on top, a translucent appearance and sweet taste, and a smooth pudding texture🤤. The sandwich crust is replaced with puff pastry, which has a crispy texture and a fragrant buttery flavor. It feels cool when eaten with ice cream☺️. - ▪︎Homemade Basque Cake HKD$63 The cake has a semi-fluid texture, sweet milk flavor and smooth texture, and every bite has a rich cheese flavor😋.
