Esc morning coffee evening wine into the dark corner A Perfect Escape (A.P.E)

I have been to the beautiful and sunny cafe in Tin Hau before, but I didn't know there was a dark Whisky bar at the end of the street. The Whisky bar is not very big, but it is very private. It is run by a handsome Scottish guy and specializes in Scottish Whisky. It opens every day after 4 pm (but they don't have happy hour). Before 9 pm, you can still order food and drinks together. We arrived around 6 pm and ordered two cocktails to warm up. 📍Passionfruit Collins $90 Similar to Mimosa, it has a refreshing lime flavor and a tropical passion fruit flavor. It's very tropical and refreshing. 📍Whisky Sour $90 Compared to the previous cocktail, this classic Whisky Sour is made with a whisky base, so it has a stronger taste. It has orange juice and sweetness to balance the spicy and strong taste of the whisky. 📍Auchentoshan 2007 It has a slightly sweet taste of maltose at the beginning, followed by a roasted almond flavor. It's relatively easy to drink. 📍Craigellachie bourbon hogshead 2002 It has a strong taste and a heavy peat flavor. It may be difficult for beginners to handle. 📍Brioche French Toast $90 A must-try at ESC! Almost everyone orders it, and it didn't disappoint me. The toast has a super crispy caramelized cheese sauce on top, and the texture of the toast is quite solid. I added some hazelnut spread, strawberries, and blueberries to eat together, and it tasted great! 📍Shakshuka $115 This North African snack is very tasty. It combines onions, red peppers, tomatoes, cheese, and eggs. The taste is rich and flavorful.
