Putian recently launched our favorite Putian Duotou Razor Clam Festival again, this time it has increased to 9 side dishes, so my wife and I went to the branch in Tsuen Wan Plaza again 😎 ✏️Location (9/10): 4/F, Tsuen Wan Plaza, right as you take the escalator ✏️Environment (9/10): After the renovation, it feels more noble than before, and the environment is comfortable ✏️Service (8/10): The waiters seemed to have been retrained. In addition to the plump and smooth clams, it also contains eggs, cauliflower, snow peas, tomatoes and coriander. The soup is sweet and not too hot.
