It’s the weekend, so I met up with my friends today to have lunch at PHI Coffee & Pancake, a fine pancake shop in Mong Kok. Let’s chill and enjoy the weekend❗ The restaurant has a spacious floor plan, exquisite decoration, comfortable seats, and the waiters are attentive and polite. We, a group of 2, ordered the following meals: 1️⃣🌟Uji Matcha Red Bean Soufflé $156 The ingredients of Uji Chacha Soufflé are quite rich, with three large pieces of souffle. The texture of the souffle is very soft and full of rich egg fragrance. It is paired with Uji Chacha-flavored bracken cakes and colorful Japanese fruit skewers, as well as rich and sweet green tea cake crumbs, sweet and smooth matcha cream and vanilla ice cream. It is a rich and delicious combination❗️ 2️⃣🌟Pasta with salmon roe and cod roe sauce $138 The Mentaiko sauce and salmon roe pasta is generous in portion, with rich and smooth Mentaiko sauce and salmon roe, as well as umami scallops.
