After reading a lot of information about Europe, I really want to eat some European food. My boyfriend has never tried Spanish 🇪🇸 food, so I took him to this restaurant in Causeway Bay to try it. I really like the blue and white brick wall at the entrance of the restaurant, it's so unique. The restaurant 🍴 has so many food choices that it’s overwhelming, so I finally chose the tasting menu and let the chef 🧑‍🍳 prepare it, so I could try a little of each food. Pan con tomato is a piece of thin bread with tomatoes, Spanish sausage, and olive oil. It is a simple snack, but it has the aroma of Spanish sausage oil. Croquetas are crispy balls of potato puree topped with Spanish ham. Dip it in bread crumbs and it tastes crispier. The potato puree is so creamy. Only a small one is really not enough! Pimientos del padron are small green peppers with salt added🫑. Personally, I think the wine delivery is top-notch and healthier than French fries🍟. Gambas al ajillo is a dish of prawns🍤 cooked with garlic slices and chili🌶️. It brings out the flavor and retains the freshness of the shrimp. The oil at the bottom has a strong shrimp flavor, and it tastes great when dipped in bread. Patatas Barca’s are fried potatoes with Brava Sauce🥔. Brava Sauce is a creamy and slightly spicy tomato sauce🥫. Sour and spicy, so appetizing. Wagyu Beef Cheek is so chewy! The meat is juicy and juicy, and I will never forget it after eating it. It comes with my favorite pumpkin 🎃 puree, a sour and spicy chili 🌶️ and sunflower 🌻 seeds. Pan fried sea bass The fish skin is fried to a crispy texture.
