Sheung Wan Italian Bistro

At the Italian bistro Cicchetti in Kau Ru Fang, Sheung Wan, dishes are served in the form of small plates (they are really small), and you can order more even if there are fewer people (which also means you really have to order more if there are more people XD). It is very friendly to me who has difficulty making choices - I can basically go through the entire menu! The seafood appetizers stood out from the crowd - Sardine Ceviche is made with oily Japanese sardines marinated in sour grape juice, accompanied by charcoal-grilled fennel and egg yolk, bringing out the freshness with sweetness and sourness; Red Prawn's Japanese prawns are lightly grilled over long charcoal, accompanied by winter melon puree and shiso oil cooked in Japanese broth, which brings out the sweetness of the prawns to the extreme. I couldn't help but encore an extra portion! The menu changes from time to time. In addition to the appetizers, the handmade pastas are all excellent, and the al dente is perfect.
