The staff were very friendly and efficient. I really liked the key card. We stayed in a superior room on the tenth floor. The space was spacious and I chose a twin bed. There are a variety of hangers in the wardrobe. The slippers come in different sizes, which is thoughtful. The bedside table is equipped with a USB charging station, and is equipped with a lamp, alarm clock, paper and pen, etc. There is a flashlight and charging cable in the drawer. The bedside table on the other side also has a lamp, and is filled with bottled water, tissues, etc. Waffles was very satisfied with the walk-in shower on the left. The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner he used were from the French brand Diptyque. On the right is the bathtub. If you want to take a bath, the hotel provides bath salts. Waffles called the staff to ask for water and bath salts. Soon after, the green light on the message board lit up, indicating that the water and bath salts had been delivered to the locker. Lockers are a major feature of the guest rooms at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Hong Kong. The lockers are located in the wardrobe inside the guest room. Hotel staff can open them with a key outside the room and put down the items the guests need. After taking a short rest in the room, Wof and his mother went to the hotel lobby for a stroll.
