After a 10-day trip to Korea, we came back and made an appointment to have a meal to balance it out. Come to Pizzeria at Cotton Tree Terrace inside the Murray Hotel for pizza. This place focuses on ready-to-order Italian Napoli handmade pizza. Because it was raining that day, we changed from the tent outside to eat inside the restaurant. However, you can usually sit outside and Chill to drink and eat pizza. First came half a dozen oysters with champagne. The oysters were large and plump and sweet, with a strong seawater flavor. The waiter recommended the French Ruinart champagne, which is sweet and easy to enter, and the oysters are just right. Florentine ribeye steak, steak is a must order every meal, five percent cooked done just right, steak meat flavor, fried fries sprinkled with cheese powder, wicked. The Murray is the signature here, the highlight of which is having 10 grams of caviar on the pizza top. Under the overflowing crab meat is full of spinach sprouts, and then full of mozzarella cheese, very filling! The cauliflower mousse can be eaten with less acid for seasoning, but the crust is toasted very crispy, the caviar tastes salty, the whole pizza is simple and delicious! Another Peking Duck is a surprise!
