There are many hidden delicacies in Hang Kou Village. I recently heard that this Fika Restaurant inside has been highly rated. I came here to try it during the holidays. There is easy parking at the village entrance, there is also a minibus until Rainbow Station, and the walk back out to Hangkou Station is about 10 minutes, which is not difficult to get to. The shop has a European style, the staff is extremely friendly and polite, recommended us to try New Zealand live mussels, also introduced other main dishes and desserts, did not disappoint us☺️👍🏻 ➿Japanese miso with fresh mussel crabmeat pasta♾️ New Zealand live mussels grow in unpolluted waters and are immensely tender in addition to being free of impurities. Chef personally came out to introduce, mentioning the importance of controlling the fire, grasping the moment of opening the shell to maintain the best meat. Six mussels were served with crab meat and mushrooms, and the sauce was well prepared. ➿Charcoal-grilled Canadian pork saddle with candied tomato salad♾️ The main course pork saddle uses charcoal grilling to make the meat more delicious from the inside out. The side dishes were thoughtfully served, the tomatoes were added with osmanthus sugar, a faint osmanthus fragrance; the mashed potatoes were added with white bean paste, creating a uniqueness that made you salivate🤤 ➿Caramel Apple Kimball with selected ice cream♾️ The ice cream that day was Italian ice cream, smooth and soft.
