Five-star hotel service🌟European style is elegant and luxurious but not tacky👑

The Langham Hotel is located in Tsim Sha Tsui. It's conveniently located near the MTR. I booked the Langham for my husband's birthday. The roast duck restaurant he wanted to eat at was nearby. We were going to Kowloon the next day to run some errands. We chose this hotel based on various factors. The staycation package includes breakfast for two, 🍳The Langham Club afternoon tea☕, and cocktails🍸. A free upgrade to a Deluxe Double Room in the Inner Garden was included. The staff contacted me by email in advance to let me know they would be sending a cake and a teddy bear as a birthday gift. I asked them to book the Earl Grey & Pear Chocolate Mousse Cake from Palm Court. It was very delicious. 😋😋😋 When everyone was full, we could still devour a cake. You can imagine how delicious it was!😍 A little anecdote😆 Every few days, staycation hotels have been giving away free bottles of wine for birthdays. So when my husband arrived in the room, he saw a bottle of wine on the counter and drank it without a second thought. In the middle of the night, I suddenly remembered that this hotel didn't seem to be giving away free wine, so I called to inquire. I didn't want to spoil my husband's fun and let him know he had to pay, so I planned to go to the front desk in the middle of the night to pay for the wine. The staff said it was okay and that they'd give him an extra bottle of wine this time. I wished my husband a happy birthday. I was so touched😢 So thoughtful😘 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊 I was very satisfied with my entire stay. The staff were very attentive. The room keeper was also very friendly. My only minor complaint was that the room still had a hint of renovations.
