From the pier to Discovery Plaza, both sides of the path are decorated with festive decorations, including Christmas wreaths, lights, colorful flags, etc. There are check-in spots along the way! D’Deck, an open-air seaside dining area surrounded by romantic scenery, not only prepares a special Christmas dinner for guests to enjoy delicacies from all over the world, but also has unique lamp posts and decorations along the way, adding a lot of fun to the atmosphere. D’Deck, filled with exotic architecture and delicious food, feels like being in a fantasy kingdom that inspires endless imagination! Her designs can be seen in every corner, further highlighting the unique Southern European island style of Discovery Bay. Sunday Christmas Market From November to December, Handmade Hong Kong will hold the "Christmas Sunday Market" in Discovery Bay, bringing together various local small businesses to set up stalls to sell Christmas food, drinks, handmade accessories, artworks, eco-friendly clothing, baby products and more. You may come to this open-air market to look for Christmas gifts, or find something you like for yourself! Discovery Bay Ice Skating Rink and Monchhichi present exciting Christmas programmes to climax the atmosphere The new international standard Discovery Bay Ice Skating Rink will collaborate with the Japanese cartoon Monchhichi to create Hong Kong’s first Monchhichi themed ice skating rink, bringing everyone an unprecedented ice skating experience. Throughout December, the Discovery Bay Ice Skating Rink will be filled with Monchhichi in different costumes, and there will be multiple check-in areas where everyone can take photos with Monchhichi and freeze the wonderful moment. The skating rink has also teamed up with Discovery Bay Hong Kong to design a tracking game for guests who book Monchhichi-themed accommodation. Upon check-in, guests will be given a Monchhichi tracking game card. As long as they visit the skating rink and designated locations in the hotel and collect limited-edition Monchhichi stickers on the card, they can participate in the online prize-winning game and follow Monchhichi to travel around Discovery Bay from north to south! On New Year’s Eve, there will be a countdown party at the skating rink.
