This new restaurant, located on the waterfront in Tsim Sha Tsui, has only been open a few months. While it doesn't directly face Victoria Harbour, the ocean breeze still gently flows into the restaurant. 🌀 The restaurant's frontage features no entrance, making it a comfortable dining spot on a brisk autumn day. The lowered tables and chairs near the entrance are perfect for chatting and chatting. Once inside, booths and high-top tables enhance the dining experience. In the center is a large bar with a wide selection of fine wines. 🍾 The interior is stylishly decorated, with faux tungsten lighting adding a touch of vintage charm. 💡 The red wall behind the sofa at the back is striking, covered in handmade paintings by various artists, giving the restaurant a strong sense of contemporary art design. 🧮 The restaurant specializes in innovative Mexican cuisine with a touch of Chinese-American influence. Due to its location, the restaurant boasts a blend of North and South American influences. What really caught my attention was the Southeast Asian flavors incorporated into the dish, creating a sweet, sour, and spicy fusion. 🤤 🦐Shrimp Ceviche｜$188｜7.5/10 The shrimp and lemon marinade were beautifully presented. 🥰 The flavor is a bit like Thai shrimp, sour, spicy, and fragrant. The sourness is strong at first, but then the chili gradually becomes more potent, balanced by the crispness of the red onion and red pepper. 🫕Queso Fundido with Chorizo｜$156｜7/10 Many Mexican dishes are served with cheese. You can choose between mushrooms or chorizo. I chose the latter. It's a bit salty at first, so it's best eaten with tortillas. The cheese is placed on the iron plate, and it's incredibly hot and stringy. 🤣 🌮Tacos De Barbacoa | $148 | 7.5/10 The tortilla's color is different from the usual ones. It's made with blue cornmeal, giving it a grayish-blue hue. The palm-sized tortilla is topped with shredded lamb, chopped onions, and cilantro, along with a refreshing lemon dressing. The layers of flavor are quite rich. 😋 The lamb is tender, with a slight hint of goaty flavor, though the overall flavor is a bit oily. 🥘Chicken Fajitas | $238 | 7/10 The appearance is somewhat similar to Indian Tandoori. Chicken and vegetables are grilled on a teppanyaki plate, also served with tortillas. The tortilla has a roasted corn aroma, and the grilled chicken is topped with a generous amount of cheese. It's basically just cheese. 🙈 The chicken is quite tender, but the overabundance of cheese makes it lack any character. 🍨Arroz Con Leche A La Carte｜$78｜7/10 Many countries have their own rice pudding recipes. Cinnamon, sugar, and milk are added to rice, and topped with fruit and almond slices for garnish. It tastes like jelly rice porridge, with a distinct rice flavor.
