There is a hidden five-star chef in Tai Mei Tuk!

I went to Tai Mei Tuk with my family for a weekend walk to a newly opened western restaurant. The environment is good, the cutlery and utensils are beautiful. Inside saw a salad bar location, however today so rock salad bar not ready. So the chef prepared a bowl of salad for us😍 First, the appetizer "crab cucumber" was served. The presentation was beautiful! Very refreshing ~ bites of crab meat with onions Then there was a bowl of salad with lots of ingredients. Figs, squash, squash, Parma Ham, lettuce and more Add dragon fruit sauce and a little vinegar for appetizing. The bread basket is also ready at the same time, the toasted crisps and garlic bread. It tastes best when eaten fresh and hot. Instead, the Japanese soup is black truffle cream soup, which is very fragrant. Topped with a few drops of olive oil, mix well and drink very smoothly. Anchovies from Chile, cooked in cider, with a slightly sweet sauce. The fish meat is plump, thick, white and tender, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The Hokkaido scallops on top are golden brown and crispy. The broiler is 50% cooked. The meat is tender enough, not much gluten, and full of juice. Finally, I added a dessert to eat, Bacchus cheesecake.
