Central Tai Kwun Special Morning Yoga Hall

The "Morning Tai Kwun" project has been launched this month. Tai Kwun is now open to the public earlier from 8 a.m. to spread morning vitality. As part of the morning activities, Tai Kwun will hold a series of health activities to ignite the body and mind from 8:30 am to 11 am from June 28 to July 4. Visitors can start their day with an energetic workout in the Tai Kwun Heritage Complex, enjoying the morning breeze. Ignite Body and Mind has collaborated with the brand lululemon to provide a number of special yoga classes, such as "Chill Flow", which combines traditional Chinese Qigong elements and yoga, and "Barre x Yoga", which has a larger amount of activity and combines ballet and Pilates movements. After exercise, taking a walk to unwind is the best option. Visitors can join Tai Kwun’s exclusive guided tour after the exercise session to explore places that are not yet open to the public and explore unknown corners of Tai Kwun. Afterwards, you can choose to enjoy special coffee and tea at the French Paris Bistro and Le Cha Xuan, and use the delicious breakfast to recharge your energy for the new day.
