#australiatrip The Henry Jones Art Hotel is a masterpiece in itself. Staying here felt like living in a gallery, surrounded by original Tasmanian artworks in every corner. The blend of industrial design and contemporary art created a distinctive atmosphere. My room was spacious, with exposed brick walls and modern amenities. The location on Hobart’s waterfront was perfect for exploring the city. The hotel restaurant, Peacock and Jones, offered incredible fine dining with local ingredients. The staff were knowledgeable and happy to share the story of the building’s history as a jam factory. A must-stay for art lovers visiting Hobart!
