I must have found a great place because my instincts are not dead. At this Bui Vien rooftop bar, you can see the streets of Bui Vien and taste several kinds of cocktails and whiskey. What's interesting about this place is that the bar itself is themed around Stephen Chow. There are pictures of Stephen Chow all over the place, and Stephen Chow's movies are shown on the TVs that are about two generations old.
