Hirosaki City Tour: Blossoms, Castles, and Culture

#getgoing2025 Hirosaki is such a charming little city. The highlight for me was definitely the castle, surrounded by hundreds of cherry trees that make it look like something out of a fairytale. But there’s so much more to the city—quirky little shops, traditional crafts, and some of the best apple-based desserts I’ve ever tasted. It’s the kind of place where you can take your time, wander around, and really appreciate the culture and history. 📍Hirosaki, Japan
