High-speed train from Shanghai, 3 days and 2 nights along the Rao-Jingdezhen line, letting the kids experience the power of nature～ 🚄 Super hassle-free transportation guide: Depart from Shanghai by high-speed train to Yiyang (about 3 hours), then a 50-minute drive to Hengfeng. The entire route is in good condition, with beautiful scenery along rural paths and mountain roads. As the altitude rises, clouds swirl along the way. Watching the beautiful views outside the window with the kids makes the mood especially relaxed and the journey far from boring. 🏨 Accommodation choice that makes mom worry-free: This time we stayed at West Slope Hengfeng, a newly opened hotel this year with an excellent reputation! Located on the mountain, naturally rustic, composed of several courtyards. The courtyard we stayed in allowed two families to share a living room and kitchen, perfect for family trips with kids, lively and convenient. The room experience was fantastic! Upon entering, there was soothing music and a faint essential oil scent that instantly relaxed everyone. The kids quickly adapted to the new environment. The toiletries are from Le Labo, high quality, and the room was warmly and comfortably decorated, feeling just like home. The kids were super happy staying there. 🍽️ Thoughtful and delicious dining: Breakfast is included at the hotel, nutritious and rich, with porridge, eggs, and small snacks that kids love. Lunch and dinner can be pre-ordered with the housekeeper one day in advance, with set meals and à la carte options. The focus is on Jiangxi-style home cooking, including local specialties like kudzu starch egg crepes, authentic flavors that kids can also enjoy. 🚶‍♀️ Abundant family activities: The hotel organizes various activities daily. When the weather is good, take the kids cycling or light hiking. Following the mountain paths downhill leads to a village at the foot of the mountain, where kids can learn about crops and experience rural life. After rain, we encountered a stunning rainbow and sunset glow during a walk. Early mornings offer magnificent sea-of-clouds views that excited the kids, who cheered throughout. This immersive natural experience is more vivid than book knowledge and greatly benefits the kids.
