When I visited Helsinki's central library, Oodi, I was awed by its futuristic design and openness. Large glass windows let in abundant natural light, and the warmth of the wood created a cozy atmosphere. In addition to reading books, the library also boasts a variety of facilities, including a cafe, cinema, and workspaces, making it a place for community interaction. Quiet reading spaces and lively areas coexist in perfect harmony, allowing me to experience a new kind of library.
