The salmon soup here is a little more stew-like and has a rich taste. The salmon is full of meat and there is a lot of it. It's delicious. Finally, I ordered leipajusto for dessert. Cloudberry jam is usually served with it, but here it is also served floating in cinnamon cream. The cinnamon cream has a subtle sweetness, and the crunchy cheese is delicious.
