Fluffy Mini Bird Eggs Fried, Hat Yai

If you happen to be in Hat Yai Floating Market, it is a must to try the Thailand famous fried bird eggs. These mini fried eggs are Thailand's cutest street food. The way the vendors prepared them was pretty simple, heat the Takoyaki pan, once the pan is heated, add some vegetable oil, crack eggs and gently place in the pan. The seasonings are simple too, only white pepper and soy sauce. It was so delicious! They served the dish in a handmade banana leaf bowl. Love that!
