My Hatyai Food Adventure

#thailandtrip During my trip to Hatyai, I got to try some great local food! Breakfast at Qing Jie Restaurant I started my day with the famous pork leg rice at Qing Jie. The pork was soft and flavorful, but the crispy roasted pork was my favorite. It was really crunchy and delicious! Lunch at Baan Khun Bhu For lunch, I went to Baan Khun Bhu. It was so crowded that I waited 45 minutes for a seat. I tried the homemade sausage, which had a unique sour taste, and the grilled chicken, which was tender and juicy. The fried rice was tasty too. It was worth the wait! Dinner at Greenway Nightmarket For dinner, I went to Greenway Nightmarket. I tried the red rubies dessert, a mix of jackfruit and chestnut in sweet coconut milk – so refreshing! I also had local fried chicken rice, simple but really good. I really enjoyed trying these local dishes in Hatyai! #thailand #hatyai
