Thai Cuisine at Central Festival Mall, Hatyai

#winhkflight 📍Black Canyon Coffee and Eatery, Central Festival, Hatyai We did some shopping in Central Festival mall, Hat Yai and decided to have lunch at one the famous chain Thai restaurant, Black Canyon. The restaurant is huge, spacious, with ample seatings and the seats were cushioned and comfortable. The in store decoration is simple, a very typical kind of restaurant in a mall. The menu is extensive and they offer a lot of Thai food and drinks, like pad Thai, Tom yum, local authentic breakfast like porridge, breakfast set. Drinks menu were also huge! Food was served quickly and the portion was alright. We ordered pad Thai and stir fry glass noodles. Both were flavourful and full of wok-hei, love it! Prawns used were decent! Wish that the service could be better! I wish to travel to Hong Kong for the food.
